I found some scratches on the Ship Simulator 2008 disc, but it still works $:-\$ .

Yea I have been Protecting my Silent Hunter 4 Wolfs of the pacific disc. I got is last Thursday and it has no scratches on it.

Other than Ship Simulator Its the funest game I have ever played.
