[RESOLVED] invalid registration key

good evening at all.

today I bought ship sim, and new horizons. so now the game ask me for the registration key for new horizon. when I filled out the fields with the key, I got a message, that my key is invalid.

Add you Game keys in you forum profile then you get acsess to tecnickal support

but  are you sure you put the right key in if it are the colection editor you have, that ask for New Horizon key first and ship sim after so maybe sheck if you put the right key in the right place

I bought the game by www.gamesload.de. there I got my registration key ( I make a screeshot from the key  ). So I`am sure, my key is not a wrong key.
What you mean with a colection editor?
I added my key allready in my forum profile

ok if you have add ed you key in the forum then it not shipsim08, maybe New Horizon? that are not a game but a add one.
Colector edition are a pack with ss 08 and New horizon in same pack
nd please do not add you key on the forum, send it in a pm if you will and wee can see watt type of game you have

sorry, is new horizon. at first I installed the game, then new horizon, and then a patch to version 1.42. now if I start the game, the game ask me for the new horizon key.
I dont have a colection editor

Well then you most bay the ship simulator 2008 and install that first before you can use New Horizon,

New Horizon are a add one pack to ship sim and not a stand alone game
you can bay a download vertion from www.shipsim.com

ok

first run this file C:\Program Files (x86)\Vstep\ShipSim2008\ unregister.exe then uninstall all


start to install the shipsim 08 start game enter the ship sim key
then install the new horizon start game and enter that key
then you enter the patch from 1.3 - 1.4.2
restart you pc and then all shod go fine
