That setup will run Ship Simulator fine, and any other games you want to throw at it
As for compatibility (hardware conflicts), this is a grey area to be honest. The best advice there is to ask a representative at the place of purchase. If there are any compatibility issues, you need to know that you can exchange them, ask about this also (you want definite confirmation on their exchange policy
before you buy anything)
