What happens when You enter a waypoint moored with other vessels when that is NOT the intention of the mission builder?

Multiplay Glitch, I was going 50 knots in the Agile when I was able to see my ship and the first was taken when I was slow to 30 knots, and the second pic is the result of dock collision

I used 4x Sherpa's on the oil tanker to increase its speed and ram it ashore.
