Hello
first time here so be gentle with me
I have just bought the add on new horizons and installed it
my ship sim will now no longer play, it tells me my serial is wrong,
Ive tried re installing it but no joy
my horizons key is recognised here but not my ship sim key
why is this??
its been ok for months until I installed the on line patch and new horizons

and welcome here on the forum
First of all add you serial key into you profile here on the forum both ship sim and add ones new horizon
and try to type the serial key in wit capital letters like this ABCD-FGHI and so on

OK then i think you shall  pm you key to an admin so he can check the key and see watt's wrong with,

Hi greenhut,
Welcome to the Ship Simulator 2008 forum. Perhaps this link to the flowchart will be of help to you. Sometimes if you load things in the wrong order problems arise. It's worth trying this anyway, and I hope it helps you.

yes you most have you key add ed to you profile first to axes that link
BDW Have you add ed the shipsim key in when asked for it in the game in the right place
and new horizon key in the right place
When you game ask for shipsim key you most add the right key, it's easy to do a mistake her
when installing read carefully the text and add the right key were it's belong

hi greenhut,
I see your name does not show 5 shields which indicates that you have not registered on the forum. If you go into your profile and scroll down to the bottom you should be able to register your SS 2008 licence key there, or am I misunderstanding your problem? The only other thing I could suggest is that you re-install from scratch. If you SS 2008 key worked before then this will possibly solve the problem.

That's because you haven't registered, (because you can't, as that is the problem of course).

So have you downloaded the flowchart from my post above and tried reinstalling the game?

That may well fix your problem.
