I'd go for separate SS08 & separate NH, both download versions. That will be about 31 Euros.
Correct me if there're some other things, than SS & NH, for which you must pay via that way.
Same here! I don't understand why he wants to buy the CE if he already has the regular SS08 version. I guess he must really love the static SS Rotterdam
