The Star Princess is coming this week on Saturday but there is a change that I will not go to Rotterdam.

Why?: Well, if people already know about the bad weather in mid- and south France, a bit of that bad weather is coming this way so that means probably: RAIN! >:(

But I only say there is a chance that I will not go.

Looks like on 9th May, 2010, our barque Kruzenshtern is coming back home after her 3rd round the world voyage.  If luck, maybe will take some shots.

That happened indeed!  :2thumbs:

(I'll upload the rest of the shots somewhen later)

Hope has came again!  :2thumbs:

The weather now isn't that bad as it was expected. I'm going to leave in about a few minutes to see her dock at the Wilhemina Pier.

When I come back, I will show some pictures ASAP.  :)

Here you can see her: (she is expected to dock at 8:00 AM at GMT+01 Dutch time)

Maybe because of the wind and/or tide. It also creates a traffic jam if she turns at the Cruise Terminal, i don't think the VTS is happy about that..  ;D

Only smaller ships turn around near the terminal. Bigger ships like QM2 turns around somewhere further
