I found some cheats for ship sim 2008. ;D Here are the best ones.

press ~ at the main menu. then type in duck. Then, go to free roaming and there will be a duck boat.
these other ones are in the game. press ~ for these too.
fly (will fly for a couple seconds)
sink (sinks ship)

those are all I know. more will be added! :2thumbs:

Some folks would prefer to find them on their own rather than see them posted, as they have long since been.

Marty, because the majority of new members are Columbuses in themselves.

Hi WM,

I’m not really a Columbus, although I was born on “his day”. That is, however, why I was baptized Martin:
I was named for a Spanish mariner, the captain of the Pinta. That ship happened to be on point the day they made landfall.  Pinzόn, or his lookout, was the actual “Discoverer of America”.
My name was suggested by an obstetrical nurse whose family came from Palos de la Frontera. She saved me from going through life as Christopher.

Regards,
Marty

HI ALL

i do not see the point of all this cheats, watt are fun with a ship play a Boeing 747 that wee have flight sim to , sinking and play a submarine or on fire and all the odd stuff, i have them all in the user manual for the collector edition but never used them.
well that my feelings about it, ships are made for sailing on sea, not above or under :captain:

Well some people like cheats, some don't. Many game developers add in cheats for their own amusement, or in rare cases to help game testers and forget to remove the cheats afterwards.
Personally, I have never used cheats in SS08, and I don't intend to either as they are a bit silly to have in a simulation game.

Earlier I with pleasure used the Alt "cheat" on MP...    How much lag & weird moments I created with it.  ::)
