Hey everyone, theres a brand new forum for gaming chatter! Salience Gaming! http://salience.freehostia.com/ (http://salience.freehostia.com/) We dont have a real domain, but if the site is succesful expect a real domain name in the future ;D We have chat for pc games, console games, hand held games and much more! If we get enough activity and users a intergraded arcade system may be put in place.

I am also adding a ajax shoutbox/chat later now that I am home.

we're still looking for loads more people! Our moderator position is open and theres many other posibilities. i see it strange we have very few takers, everyone here plays atleast 1 video game (shipsim) and imagine everyone plays many many more, so come on over and lets have some fun! ;D

MC, you need to actually offer something. Forums are really only a added bonus for discussions.. You need to give people incentives to join. Stuff to do, interactivity.


Seeing as the  forum is based on gaming, how about making game reviews and getting the community involved that way aswell - otherthan just saying we need people e.t.c. ;)

interesting idea, i'll see what i can come up with. EDIT: added a game review section and gaming news, all members can post in them so i invite all to post your reviews of any games on any platform and post any gaming news you have aswell

You could have just deleted the whole post, instead of leaving it visibly deleted so that anyone can see you did not agree with it and posted something cheeky.. or worse...  in doing so, you were deliberatly being a smartbum. period.
