Lets slow down there.... Were already at war with spammers, We can't afford another war right now, the resrouces are stretched thin as it is! The shipyard is going a mile a minute trying to replenish the vessels we loose, but they're finding it hard. being as your the US however, you could always nuke the spammers and get it over and done with
