If this is the way Tore wants to play. Okay, I'll dignify it with an answer.
Tore has on numerous occasions ignored moderation guidelines and overstepped certain marks. And was given ample opportunity to adapt his ways.
As a result of this behaviour, 'incidents' have taken place, that warrented.. 'special guidelines' and agreements about his involvement with certain moderating aspects. This to prevent misunderstanding and misgiving and miscommunication, and more. These were not just thought up by me, btw. But by Vstep.
I have on the same numerous occasions had to remind him of certain procedures. After which he each time agreed to keep to it, and yet he never seems to do that. And then somehow, that makes me a tyrant, it would seem.
After another incident today it seems that Tore cannot take honest criticism and does not seem happy that he has to discuss disciplinairy action first, with the rest of the team or an admin. And instead he goes and takes matters into his own hands without due procedure.
Upon informing him that I did not agree with this course of action on account of it, again, going aginst our agreements and the normal guidelines, Tore has seen fit to throw a rage, delete his account, and now tries to make me look like a bad guy.
I hereby thank him very much for that. If that is the thanks for trying my best.. then I reckon I know where I stand.
