Stunning, it's only 232m high, which isn't huge by Lanzarote standards, but it stands on its own on a mostly flat plain so the views are incredible.
The Island of Lanzarote is one of the most unique landscapes in the world with Volcanic activity as recently as 250 years ago there are almost virgin lava flows as well as everything in between, we have volcanoes which are millions of years old where erosion and the action of lichens and smaller plants have broken down the rock to form soil, you can walk for 20km and pass over ground which is 250 years, 350 years old, thousands of years old, hundreds of thousands of years old and millions of years old.
The whole Island is a UNESCO biosphere reserve.
