OK, lets take some guesses here:

HDG: Heading
SOG: Speed Over ground
No Alarms: The ships not sinking...
Target: A boat you are keeping a eye on
Own Position: Where you are
Cursor Position: Where the Radar Mouse is

Wasn;t so hard  !:)
