I have never created a radio patch for the 2006 version, so the answer is "No, there isn't a radio patch for 2006. Sorry".

Yes there is a Radio patch for ss06. go to www.shipsim.com and update your game to 1.8. then there is Radio to ss06

you could just download the radio sounds for ss08 then just place them in the audio file in ss06 file
