It seems busy enough already. The recession doesn't seem to hit very hard down in the south. I was in Portsmouth yesterday and trying to find a parking space!  :o

well plymouth will just become a tourist town soon, with luxury flats popping up everywhere. I don't want my town to be associated with snobs and pompus idiots lol
