Captain Ernst M. Cummings, USCG (Ret.), led the tall ship USCGC .... as it "crossed the lineâ€ on a year-long cruise to Australia. He regaled an audience at the Museum in July with a slide show about the shipâ€™s adventures on the year-long voyage, which began in Sept., 1987. The 295-foot-long .... is one of only two active commissioned sailing vessels in American military service, the other being the USS Constitution. It serves as a training cutter for future Coast Guard officers.

Olympic? But i think i am wrong, because "3 other sisters", Olympic has only 2 Sisters and she launched 1910 and scraped 1935, thats not "32 years of service".
