Another explaination that may be useful instead of a bannana is that I beleive you have to download a patch to get those lights. True you not turn them off or on, but at night they go on by themselves.

Hi guys,

Well actually here's something for you. When i made the video, mooring of the vermaas. Which was based at dusk. I sailed all the way with lights on and when i had moored, i dropped thye anchor and bam, the lights went off. I checked it again 2 or 3 times to see if it was me and it was. I dropped both anchors mind.

Kind Regards

Yep, when you moor or drop anchor, the lights go off because you really don't need them. Which ones went off? The passenger lights or the navigation lights?

Ohh well. I don't know where the download is myself, so I can't help in that department :(.

You might want to go and use the modify button to include new words in your posts. For instance, where you wrote"Very thank! ;D" you could also include what you just wrote :).

It was an edit that a person made to the light files.

Topic moved by Terry, as General Discussions is the correct place for this. Please don't start topics in the ShipSimulator2008 "root" unless there is absolutely no other place to put it.

Thanks.

Ya, I've yet to figure that out. :-\

Root means base and base means general and general means general. :-\  What are some ideas that would go in the root SS08 directory.

I can't think of any. There seems to be a section for every type of post.

The SS2008 section should be just for the index to those areas, I think.
