It seems to be one of the large Russian domestic cruise liners. Maybe someone has forgotten to close the valves..

Ahoy Ship(sim)mates,
I pointed to the small blue-ish square and this text popped up:
Naufrágio de um Navio causado por tufáo
Now is my foreign-lingo not so as it was in my younger days, so I looked it up on different pages. It seems to be the Portugal lingo. Freel;y translated it means something like this:
Shipwreck at a vessel caused by a tornado
