This is not a good configuration of rudder & propellers. The props are way away from each other & from the rudder, so the rudder won't play any role in the ships steering. It'll be logical if the props will be close to the rudder, or each prop will have its own rudder which is more suitable for modern ferries.

I'm sorry if you found something bad in my reply. That was just my opinion.  Keep up the good work  :)

Moving them wouldn't be necessary. It would take longer to move them, But Re-Scaling it would be a hole lot easier. If J3nsen Made it (The Rudder) Larger. That would also have a great influence on the steering.
