Hi everyone,

Some of you may have noticed i haven't been on MP lately. I've been battleing with my head and heart, but my heart eventually won. I've decided i am coming back to SS as a "full" member, like i used to be! i've been battleing with the fact that the server software has changed things a lot, and that there aren't as many people about anymore, but i've realised this is the best community you can find, and that i've been here too long, and done too much to give up on SS!

So, you will be seeing me on SS again! probably Marseille

Good to see you back Jack...

I have been away for some time as well, a timeout to re-think if I really wanted to spend anymore time on the SS08. Result: Yes I will give it a few more month to watch the development, the whole idea of a Ship Simulator is great.

I hope Vstep will "step" on the throttle and give us some more bait to make us hang in there.

For the forum, well I believe there is now so much said, argued, whished for, discussed etc. etc., together with a lot of stuff that probably could be better voiced elsewhere but who am I to judge?, that I will not start any new subjects. I will check in here on occassion and give my 2 cent's worth every so often to the subjects that catch my interest.

But it is good to see an old friend back in here... so welcome back Jack.

PS: Afraid that when the new TS comes next year, then I will be off SS until I read about big improvements...

Glad to hear it Jack, Marseilles in the late afternoon was always fun. Perhaps as the evenings draw in more people will return!!
