  I think that someone should make third party ships like Flight Simulators.  It would be really cool

This topic covers the common questions asked often in this portion of the forums. Please read this before posting, I strongly believe you will find it very helpful for both yourself and others.

Q. Can we add maps (harbors/ports/etc) to Ship Simulator?
A. At present there is no 3rd party support for this option as well. Similar to the vessel addition concern, 3rd party map addition applications are being considered and developed. Stand by for details.

I have to agree...third party ships and scenery would add immensely to the simulator, and no doubt increase its audience as well.  I don't know if this is the way to encourage the company to allow third party add-ons, but I'd like to enourage them to do so!
