America's Port
« on: May 06, 2008, 04:19:32 »

Hello Fellow shipsim buddies, I was watching the discovery channel earlier today and I saw a pretty cool show called "America's Port". Its was pretty cool, it talks  about how to parralel park cruise ships and etc. I just want to share this show to everyone in this forum.. :). Enjoy guys!

watched an episode of it a month or so ago, and wasn't too impressed with <that> episode.  They really over-dramatized some of the stuff and wasn't totally worth my time.  Neat that they are getting port security info out there, but they could have made it a bit better IMO.

Yeah, thats true, some of the stuff there are over dramatized, but I think that if they focus too much on the technical aspects, it would not be as interesting to normal viewers vs ship fanatics... There are new episodes that you can watch over the discoverychannel.com though.
