a few simple tips and tricks for SS08
« on: March 06, 2008, 05:18:19 »

Kia ora (hello in Maori) SS08 users, i thought of something nice. Why not shared some great tips and tricks to improve your in game simulation experience at your perfect level.

So here's an example that i have found out.If you go to sound,go to the radio volume and turn it down under 60(55).Afterwards it will be perfect volume level, just like on real ships.Try this one out and see what you think of this little trick.

Nice one!!  I make a day of multiplayer and pick a route to take.  For instance I'll grab a lattitude in New York drive it to the end of the map then switch servers to the Atlantic Ocean, drive thru there a bit and then switch to my destination like Marseilles and park at the dock then if I have time go back to another one.  Makes it seem like I am actually moving stuff around.  The only thing is you need to make sure you pick a ship that is on all the servers you want to go to.  Like the Lattitude is only on a few of the ports.

Hello all,

I have found a trick here to get the best realistic experience while sailing with the Profolio Angel.

Turn your engine to 138 RPM and speaker fairly loud. And also turn your radio sound down to 35.You can hear the complicated engine of the ship pulling hard.See what you think...... ;)

Did you know,

That if you anchor off the P6 all the outside lights turn off, see if it works with the rest of the ships at night or noon(sunset) :P.
