Dount it. If it can upright it's self it can be used for rescueing.

I think you will find that this is a standard procedure for all lifeboats world wide. Self righting is a vital ability for these vessels.

these boats and rescue'ers save many many sailors...
if they dont do it no1 does it !!!
some1 need to do the hard job !!!
I love the rescue
USCG RNLI KNRM etc !!!
