Ithink because i get it from friend bu t first time when i play it i dont have any problems but i remove it and installl second time i cant install paches 
Did you get the game from a friend as a present, or are you using someone else's game??
If the second is true, then I must inform you that this is illegal!!
This topic might indeed belong in technical support but if you have not got a legal version you will not receive any help anyway.
So first, I must ask you to go to your forum profile and register the license key you have there.
Scroll down untill you see the section named "license key registration" and fill it in there. if an error occurs then report this to me via PM and tell me what it says there.
