I believe they are working on the Fjel. She is a semi-sub high lift built for the Fairmount division of Dreyfus.
Saphire, there is a big difference between semi-subs, which are surface vessels that can be ballasted down to accept floating cargo (much like a floating dry dock), and submarines. Graeme obviously meant the former.
I doubt you will ever see true submarines in SS08. There is no sub-sea.
