Hello Worzel,

The procedure is as follows:

Go to the website of shipsim.com (https://www.shipsim.com/),

then, click "on log in" in the top bar, left side.

This opens a dialogue window where you must submit your user name and your password.

When you have done so, a page opens called "Account Management".
Below, you find 3 options:
- Change password
- Account details
- Orders & Downloads.

Under Orders and Downloads you'll find the games you bought for download.

In my account it says: "There are no downloads registered to this account."
But I bought the game years ago from playstore.com and I have the serial key. What other method can I download the game with?

The playstore.com sells keys to activate in the Steam (NOT here):
