Can't Play: Tried Steam, DVD, and Download, and None Work

My grandson badly wants me to get Ship Simulator Extremes Collection so he can play it. I bought it on Steam and the license keys worked, but when we tried to play a mission nothing happened. Then I bought it on DVD from a seller on Amazon and it came with an activation code; however, when I tried to play the game it asked for a license key in the Steam format (5 groups of 5 letters/numbers) and so I couldn't play. I sent a message on www.shipsim.com on Monday and received no response by today (Friday). Today I decided to buy and download the game from www.shipsim.com; however, I was unable to complete the order because it said "unknown order/1/i/62.148.178.222". Please help - I just want my grandson to be able to play.

Hello - can you please take the licence code down - this is because if someone activates it, we cannot give you much support and you may have lost the licence key - it is also against the fourm rules
Can you please personal message MR.Robville as he will be the one to sort it
Hope it helps
Thanks

Hi EvanMax,
the 5x5 format of license key is actually the correct one for both versions, I take it the amazon copy came with a key that did not fit this?
I have sent you a PM, we'll get it sorted!

Fred

Thank you very much for the new license key. It works and the game works perfectly. My grandson will be thrilled when I tell him, and we will play for hours this weekend.
