Hi Jason,
Your current email-address, nickname and/or IP address(es) can't be linked to any old account. So the only thing left is to search for the license key in the members database. Unfortunately I can't do that from here, that can only be done at Vstep.
Therefor the Tech Support guy at the office will have to look specifically at your license key to locate your old account. So can you please send and email to info@shipsim.com and explain the problem and provide the license key. Then Mr. Robville - who handles such things - can easily transfer the key from your old to you new account.
(Do make sure to point out what the new account is, with a link to your profile page or to this thread, for example, for reference.)
