In this mission I cannot find the Ziltenmeeuw patrol boat anywhere. I have tried waiting, going in all different directions, coming back around, and nothing has worked. after I bring the barge out of the area it says objective completed when I moor it. but the patrol boat never shows up. what do I have to do?

Once you have moored the barge you should carry on in the Deo Violet
after you get to next waypoint you should switch.

Have you downloaded Ziltenmeeuw. Check in single player mode that the Ziltenmeeuw is there
