Big mistake with Ship Simulator Extremes. Any solution?
« on: January 15, 2013, 07:41:15 »

Hello
Did one year I bought the SSE. Since then I have faced numerous problems in trying to make the game work. Always with problems .DLL, since I contacted the Steam and got no answer. Already published on the Facebook page of the SSE and also got no response. I sent an email to VSTEP, but got no answer. The games are not cheap here as there. And above all, we pay a very expensive freight. That is, I bought a game there one year ago and still can not play it. It's very frustrating. I've tried to help in various forums but without success. I made a video showing how I try to start the game and I can not. It may sound stupid, but I will explain step by step how to install this game did. I put the DVD in the player. Then autorun appeared in a window asking if I want to install the game. I clicked on this option. He installed Steam. After, did some update, which I do not know what is. And then came that box with the serial of the game and asking if you would like to copy or play directly. I copied and clicked "play" (that you can see in the video). After this comes the problems to boot.

I will spread the message boards of different languages. Below is the link to the video I made here at home. I wonder how someone can help me. And I thank the understanding and cooperation of those who are willing to help.

Bruno Santos.

Hi brunotitanic
Please give information on the computer /laptop you are trying to install to.
Post Dxdiag so we can see if it is good enough to run it.
