Guys,
my SS2008 is 1.4.2 and one day i just saw my SS2008 is 1.4.1 What happend?

And when i try to cheat on main menu it's not working,
i press ~ and type Some cheats and didn't work? Please answer

You should find the answer to your problem if you follow this link:

You will have to register your licence key on the forum to follow it. To do this you need to go to your profile, (click on the small icon to the right of your country flag), scroll to the bottom and enter your licence key where it says "Enter any licence key" then click 'register'.
The key will not be available to anyone else.
