crash start up

Hi all i started the game up and the quest viewer keeps crashing so i looked in the crash dump it gave me and it came up with this:

Can be a permission problem on install.
Worse case scenario, your pc can not run the game.

From the looks of it the issue is nothing to do with installing,
Chris, if you could upload your Dxdiag file and your crashdump to the place thaat dexter has posted a link to (http://80.95.161.114/shipsim/forum/index.php/topic,21677.0.html) someone will be able to help you  :thumbs:
