Well, yes, send it back for repairs.
Contact simware about it, explain the problem, and they'll help you and tell you what to do.
It's neither made nor distributed by Vstep, so we can't help you here, obviously.
Simware has their own customer services to deal with these kinda things, and unless you have done something to it to void warranty or that is beyond 'reasonable use', they'll sort it for you.
I have very good experience with them, they helped me promptly and adequately with problems I have had with hardware in the past.
