Hiya
To receive technical support for the FULL version of Ship Simulator on the forums, we ask all users to enter a valid licence key for their game. This key can be found in one of 2 locations:
1. The downloadable version/s - An email will be sent to you with your licence key.
2. The retail version/s - The key is located inside the case, behind the game manual.
The keys for Ship Simulator and any Add-On packs can be entered into your profile by clicking the
Profile button at the top of this page. Scroll down past
Summary, and enter your key there.
Once the key has been entered, you will have access to the Technical Support section of the forums.
