Hello I was just wondering if my computer could run this game, as I haven't been able to decide looking at the specs.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T9600 @ 2.80GHz (2CPU's), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 3838MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9400M G

Not sure if the graphics card is good enough.

I actually have a different question, if I installed a better graphics card the only thing that would be under specs would be my processor (2.8 GHz when the recommended is 3 GHz). So what I'm asking is with the only under spec equipment being my processor how well would the game run?

You can have an more powerful processor with 2,8 GHz than an processor with 3,0 GHz. I got Intel Core I7 860 ~2.8 GHz and have no problem to run ShipsimExtremes

So the graphics card would be the only real problem then?

if you put max graphic you don't do much fps, but if you put medium you can run good
