Dll error with patch 1.1

When i download patch 1.1 i have some error dll, and my game don't start..
CoreWeatheSimCC.dll and
CoreSkySimCC.dll
If i close all of this error i have again the black screen.. this in non steam version.. in steam version i have only black screen.. so can someone give me this dll ?

Remove ALL ShipSim2010-files WITHOUT the set-up file on 1,4 GB that you download...

Reinstall the game and try again!
