Hi does anyone know if it is possable to put moring cites in ports in free roam? seems there is no place to tie up to in any port.

when the patch is released with the mission editor then you will be able to add places to tie up.

For now I had a few "missions" created that are really just free roam with multiple boats mooring places and no way points.
