Greetings,
You can build ships in different 3-D programs,but i dont think you can add them in the game yourself.
Some of the best programs is 3-D studio max,but that's a quit expensive option.
Contact vstep about this matter,they can help you out,and there are some more members who know the right programs for the job,in the english forum.
