40 and 50 is old ???  I guess I'm in real trouble then.  ::)  As to honesty, the great thing about honesty is that you never have to remember what you said. Once you start telling porkies, then it gets very difficult to remember which porky you said and when you said it. I'll have to leave now, I need my rest, crumblies must rest frequently you know.
BTW, Jonah, apology accepted, now let us hope that it is catching. ;) There are possibly a great deal more ancient guys around than Gibby thinks, they tend not to waffle on a great deal though. ;D

I've never had a good laugh coming to this forum. A smile once in a while, seeing new things, PM's and such, but never laughed out loud.

I have now. :)

Awesome ;)

Thanks to everyone that accepted my apology, but after some advice given from a 'trustworthy person' (to some extent anyway ) I'm going to lock this topic.

If anyone else wants to accept my apology and wants to show it can just send me a PM. ;)

Hiya Jonah

I think it shows real character that you come clean like this, and as such, I too accept your apology! Good on you!

However, forgiving is not the same as forgetting, or trusting..  Trust and respect are to be earned by deeds, not words. Living a lie didn't do that part much good, obviously.

So to me personally, you need to prove yourself worthy of my trust, before I would take your word for something. But you have indeed been living the truth now for a while, and I like that much better.. it looks much better on you! And as said, you don't need lies anyway.. Be who you are.. people like that much better.

Anyone can say sorry and fall on his or her sword, so it takes more than words... but if you continue like you have started afresh now, things'll be just fine, I reckon!

So welcome aboard, new and improved Jonah!  :)

Regards,
Fred
