I was going to buy New Horizons, but I can't log into the payment system. I've purchase SS 2008 though there I'm sure and it recognizes my email. But when I try to get it to resend my email or activation email, I never get the emails.
I just recently was able to redownload my Ship Sim 2008 purchase, but I may have messed somethng up tryng to get my password reset or by requesting to resend my activation email because it comes back with the message my account hasn't been activated yet.
I've send a message to the contact form, but havent gotten a reply yet. I'm concerned if I did get one, it might be blocked just as my password request email and reactivation emails were. I left a alternative google email address, but I didn't get a reply there either.
What am I to do? I suppose I could start another account, but I don't want to lose my other purchases because of a log in problem.
