« on: October 18, 2009, 02:13:48 »

Does anyone know a good site where i can find deck plans of ships (mostly looking for the SS France (1961) )?
I'd more like general deck plans, but i can't seem to find them.  ???

Can anyone help?

Buy the plans that salty posted, then.

You can not find that many detailed deck plans in the public domain. I payed 40 bucks for highly detailed Titanic plans that are currently hanging on my wall.

So what's the point of 40$ Titanic plans that are hanging on the wall?
Something like to show everyone who enters your room: "This is the one & only high detailed & accurate Titanic deck plans in the World, I payed 40$ for them & I'm very proud of myself!" ?

I printed off the plans to a InCat 74m Seacat and Rodin and laminated them and got them on my wall. ;D

Now that's a more simple & clever way, than being proud that you get "accurate" Titanic plans for 40 bucks!

My mother works as a secretary at a construction company, so she was able to copy the planes; it's the copy that I hang with the original stashed away.

I have a detailed plans of this ship:

as well as other gen.cargo ships & heavy lift vessels.

I'll see if I can print them out as a 1.5 x 3 meters wallpapers so there'll be something to be proud of in my room.  ;D

I keep them in the room where the house's main computer is (rarely used by anyone but me, but still :P).
