Beta Testing isn't fun & games.
I have had a few requests from Microsoft to beta test, in fact I visited their game department before the xbox360 came out. I find most of the stuff they want me to test useless, especially since it requires other people to be part of it, but other people don't have it?
I ignore most of it now, since it all just seems to be stupid stuff.

But usually they ask for information such as if it is working or not and if not what machine and system specs do you have. And to play around with it and try to find the bugs.
