Doing a 360 with the Latitude

I was trying the trick you told to flip her. I dropped the anchor at 14 knots, but instead of capsizing, she went hard to port, i raised the anchor again, she slowed down untill 0 knots and started spinning on the spot

How can you drop the anchor in 14 knots???

As far as I know you drop anchor the same way you usually do... $:-\$
