I searched one hour for those scissors to make christmas presents, only to discover that I was holding them in my hand.

Yesterday when I uploaded my first YouTube video and turned the screen off to eat dinner. When I came back, I hit the power buttonon the pc only to discover that the screen was turned off and I lost my place for my second vid.

But as we're here....

My absent-mindeness gets me quite often. Silliest thing recently was when my wife and I were going to Bournemouth, about 50 miles from our home. We were about half way there and I turned to her and asked:

"When we've finished there, shall we get a taxi back to the station?".

She looked at me as if I was deranged.

"What do you mean?" she asked.

"Well, we'll no doubt be carrying a lot of stuff" I replied.

She then pointed out a slight flaw in my plan.

I was at that moment busily driving my car along the motorway. She then asked how we would fit the car into the taxi and the train...

Silly? Huh...  :-[
