Changing ship controls???
« on: May 11, 2009, 00:24:31 »

I was watching a video on youtube of the red jet 4 and on the screen it has the controls of the incedent response vessel (rpa) how do I change mine? It would be som much easier.

Thanks everyone :2thumbs:

Those two boats have entirely different propulsion systems. The Red Jet has water jets that are independently steerable. Using the controls from the RPA12 would make no sense. You might as well ask for the controls from the Titanic.
Post the link to that video, please.

The controls for RJ4 and a few others, were changed in v1.2, I think. ;)

Seems all RJ4's on YouTube have the "old" steering configuration..
Here's one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RnkjqZE8iQM&feature=related
(someone should post a film of the "new-and-improved" Red Jet there.. :)

Personally, I find it easier to control the Red Jet with the keyboard..
