The Fishing Fleet Simulator/possible add on "hint hint".

As a suggestion why not add a fishing boat or two to the simulator theme? since they too share the oceans blue. Just a suggestion, you guys who do the graphics could create a fishing boat simulator. The object is to see how fast and safe purse seining or trawling /trolling can be done and you would take the catch to either a tender or dockside canary for offloading. Too me it would be cool , but what do I know . I am just a boat-head vying the seas, catching what I can and moving big ships. Let me know what you think insults to walk the plank are just as welcome, they too are an acknowledgement. Thank you and may you stay afloat with God speed .

  Thanks for all of the responses. I was not trying to create a problem , just suggesting something different . No offense meant and criticism appreciated. So how do I get badges? Yes Boathead, having an actual fishing simulator, is completely im-probable. We already have a fishing vessel, whats the point having a FULL sim devoted to fishing? Besides, i dont think that there is that high of a percentage of the SS players that woukd want that, and actually use it.

I've always said that SS should have a trawler, as in, a Stern Trawler, would be fantastic

There is a lot more to fishing then you think. Answer me this: Can you FISH with the fishing trawler?

But i like the idea of a medium sized trawler or a purse seiner in ShipSim, not for fishing but to experience sailing with all kinds of vessels.

I wouldnt mind some MORE fishing vessels, the more modern ones intrigue me. But i just dont think the ability to actually fish in the game would be that popular and whats the point making an add on that only a small percentage of people would buy?

Its basically because of the target market of SS.

  And to think what I started : but Amen for all the responses and another thought, add (yes here, I Boathead, go again)  A tour submarine, like the ones used in Hawaii, with a cave opening and on the other side, a fully working port. It would really be nice in games if you could load/unload ships. Combine other simulators, like cranes etc into one really cool game. You could also add your own soundtracks like Llewellyn, David Arkenstone ,and Mychael Danna/Jeff Danna. I am Scottish  what can I say, Yes that explains it . I am done with the suggesting now. Not to be a smart, well you know what comes next. Thanks everyone

Its already been suggested that a submarine be added to the game, but it would be impossible, unless it was just there to be on top of the water, it wouldnt be able to go under, and there wouldnt be that much of a market for that type of thing.

We already have cranes and stuff, but it would be nice if you could actually load the car ferries with cars before setting off

  Not to be sarcastic the car ferry is a cool thought and if you can drive/load cars, then how come you can't fish? not to cause trouble mind you just asking .

Well, im not asking for a hole new simulator if you can put containers on the container ship, you should be able to put cars on a car ferry. Just have like a waypoint in missions where you stop for a few seconds, wait for cars to come on and then go, its the same as taking on a pilot from the pilot boat.

  Point well taken . Cars /fish or pilots, ships have to be loaded . I will stop now . So again what about the badges? When SS 08 arives, will that version allow me the title of trying to be funny, obnoxious rookie? My version is played out, SS 08 with add-on is being shipped.
