Elbe
« on: April 06, 2009, 22:49:28 »

Had a few days in touring Northern Holland last week and ended up in a grey gloomy Maassluis on Saturday. Was talking briefly to a river pilot who is involved in the restoration of the "Elbe", we were invited on board to have a look around but had to decline as we wanted to get as many ships as we could. She will hopefully be drydocked in summer to get her in class.

Even after she had a near sinking incident? She is lucky, I hope you will be able to go onboard onto the Furie.
