Sad to see it happen but Lighthouse Interactive has now posted an official statement (http://www.lighthouse-interactive.com/Lighthouse-Interactive-declared-bankrupt) regarding their bankruptcy. I see that their other maritime game "East India Company" has been picked up by Paradox Interactive. Hopefully Ship Sim will similarly migrate to a new publisher and all of the Lighthouse guys will find new jobs within the industry soon.
