why point out their mistakes, VSTEP has alot more things to worry about more than spelling. KM

It's bad presentation. Put your best foot forward and all that.

true it is bad, but a little spelling mistake is not VSTEP's most major concern right now. KM

It doesn't strike confidence if things aren't spelt properly.

ONE spelling mistake? Come on! I think it's ok to point out an error- I'm sure it will be changed at some point, but it's not like the website is full or errors- which is pretty impressive considering the creators wrote it in a language other than their first. I couldn't write a website in Dutch!

Have to laugh at some of the far eastern flatpack from shops- their translation of language is somewhat more challenging :)

I guess one spelling mistake won't make much difference but of all the words that could have been mispelt, it's kind of ironic that it should be that word.

My old German teacher used to say "If that's the only mistake you make, you still get an A" (you have to imagine it in a heavy Rhineland accent).

Don't think that a lot of people would have noticed that. It was on discovery that the first and the last letters had to be in the correct place and we would read the word  :D

 Come on! :D

Well, some of us are not masters when it comes to the English language. I really hate grammar and that sort of stuff.

But Firefox is the great helper. You can even spell check while you are writing a new post. ;D

Look, if some people are taking part in a topic that you don't agree with then no one is forcing you to read it.  Rather than come here telling people to stop what they are doing because you don't want to join in, just simply stay away from the thread.

I can't see why stopping this thread would be of such a benefit to you.  You may think it's pointless but other people obviously do not, so for that reason it should continue.
